Ronald E. Solomon is a fourth generation Floridian who was raised in Fort Myers. He completed his undergraduate work at Stetson University and thereafter earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Cumberland Law School. Upon graduation, he joined the Wicker, Smith law firm becoming their first associate attorney in the Fort Lauderdale office. During the ensuing years, Mr. Solomon handled numerous jury trials on behalf of insurance companies and major corporations. He represented policy holders in a wide range of cases including auto, slip and fall, product liability, professional malpractice, and insurance coverage. He was a founding partner in the firm of Pyszka, Kessler, Adams, and Solomon, based in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. He then launched his own successful practice and continued in the defense of insurance companies, and their policy holders, as well as many national corporations, including Square D, Home Depot, Volvo White Truck Corporation, Freightliner Corporation, Rheem Manufacturing, Emory Air Freight and Consolidated Freightways.
In 2000, Mr. Solomon took a new direction and began representing persons and families severely injured through the wrongdoing of others. Since then, he has realized satisfaction in helping many victims primarily in the lower Florida Keys.

He is a proud, regular member of the American Association for Justice and the Florida Association for Justice and former member in the Defense Research Institute and the International Association of Insurance Counsel. Mr. Solomon holds the prestigious A-V rating by Martindale Hubble.
As a mediator, Mr. Solomon brings over fifty (50) years of personal injury experience to the table. Having tried approximately one hundred (100) cases to jury verdict, including cases involving auto negligence, premises liability, defective products, trucking accidents, firearms, medical and dental negligence, legal malpractice, chemical exposure, virtually all manner of insure disputes, and more. Having litigated these issues from both sides of the courtroom, he completely understands the value of a informed and voluntary settlement.
